Q:Do I need to log in to purchase?
A:No need. You can buy any product directly.
Q:What payment methods does the site support?
A:Our site accepts credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Q:Where do you ship items from?
A:We have a local warehouse in the United States and three overseas warehouses in Europe, Africa and Asia. All shipment procedures follow the principle of proximity coverage and are sent from the warehouse closest to your location. If a product is out of stock in one of the warehouses, we will ship it from other warehouses and the shipping time will change accordingly.
Q:How long is the shipping time?
A:We guarantee a worldwide shipping time of 3 to 20 days. In case of natural disasters, war or other force majeure factors, the arrival time of the package will be delayed.
Q:What to do if there is a problem with the product after receiving the package?
A:If the product itself has quality defects, we will ask for your opinion on whether to return or exchange the product for free or provide a refund. If the product is damaged during transportation, we will also ask whether you plan to resend it or refund it.

Q:Does the product have a warranty?
